- API documentation
The WinSock 2.0 API Extensions for RSVP (an annex to WinSock2 API specification) explains RSVP related API. Generic QoS Developer's guide to use RSVP via WinSock 2.0 Generic QoS.
- Sample code
Source code for two sample applications, included with PC-RSVP, shows how RSVP can be used in any TCP/IP application. The sample application is a simple TCP/UDP data transfer application which makes use of RSVP API or Winosck 2.0 Generic QoS to reserve bandwidth for its data flow along the network path. A test application provided with this toolkit can be used to make all the supported RSVP API calls.
- WS2RSVP.WSP
WinSock 2.0 service provider for providing support for RSVP API as specified in the RSVP annex to Winscok2 API specification. For each application using RSVP there will be an instance of this dll.
- WS2GQOS.LSP
WinSock 2.0 layered service provider for providing support for RSVP via WinSock 2.0 Generic QoS.
- RSVPPSM.EXE
The protocol state machine of RSVP is implemented in this executable and there will be only one instance of this executable at any time.
